Photos stitched with Autopano Giga
Preprocessing in Lightroom
Tonemapped with Dynamic Photo HDR
Postprocessing in Gimp

In detail: I started by stitching the photos (horizontal alignement of four photos, three different exposures = 12 LDR photos all in all), then I adjusted exposures in lightroom to get maximum effect from tonemapping and also adjusted saturation etc. Increased sharpness somewhat. Tonemapped with Dynamic Photo HDR.

In postprocessing, I retouched an anomaly in the sky due to one of the photos being taken at the "wrong" shutter speed (by comparison to the others it was merged with) and then I scaled it somewhat, reducing width while increasing height to get more appealing proportions. I don't think it's aesthetically pleasing with overly wide panos, and this one really was on the limit of what I could tolerate.}
